  • Originals: Allow 2-4 weeks for preparation before shipment to ensure absolute perfection!

Once your order is dispatched, an automated email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include tracking information so you can stay updated on your shipment's progress. 💛

Can I makes Changes In My Order?

Because of our unique packaging procedures, we regret that we cannot accommodate artwork exchanges once your order has been completed. Therefore, we urge you to select your ideal piece with careful consideration.

A change of shipping address cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours the purchase has been made.

Can I Commission A Custom Piece?

Will I Get A Certificate Of Authenticity?

In order to safeguard the value and authenticity of artworks that appreciate over time, only originals and limited editions are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity upon arrival. Open edition prints, and canvas prints do not include a certificate of authenticity.

Can I change the currency of store?

Unfortunately no, but this will not cause any issues in the checkout process. Paypal will simply convert your currency into USD. We are also working on adding different currencies.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please use the contact us page or email at info@artscorestudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
