Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! Kindly contact us for further assistance. Please note only faulty or damaged products on arrival can be returned. Update us within 48 hours of receiving the product and a full refund excluding shipping fee will be provided (we will require photo proof).

 

Changing Address:

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Contact us through the contact page or info@artscorestudio.com. and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. Arts Core is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.
