Intellectual Property Notice: 

All rights to the artwork remain the sole property of Arts Core, even after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions. Purchasing any item, whether original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to:
•    Mint the piece into an NFT
•    Print and distribute the artwork in any form
•    Reproduce the artwork in any way for profit or otherwise

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any form without express written permission from the artist. However, posting images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not violate this clause.

 

Liability:

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for products damaged due to mishandling by customers. Examples of such damage include, but are not limited to:
•    Smudging fingerprints on the white border
•    Tearing fine art prints
•    Damaging works in any way

However, in accordance with consumer protection laws, we will provide compensation for products that are damaged during shipping or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print undergoes multiple inspections before passing quality control and being shipped, ensuring that only pristine reproductions are packaged for your enjoyment.

Please read product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. We do not compensate customers who fail to read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. Note that all prints include borders, which are part of the final size listed.
