Intellectual Property Notice: 
All rights to the artwork remain the sole property of Arts Core, even after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions. Purchasing any item, whether original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to:

•    Mint the piece into an NFT

•    Print and distribute the artwork in any form

•    Reproduce the artwork in any way for profit or otherwise

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any form without express written permission from the artist. However, posting images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not violate this clause.

Liability:

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for products damaged due to mishandling by customers. Examples of such damage include, but are not limited to:

•    Smudging fingerprints on the white border

•    Tearing fine art prints

•    Damaging works in any way

However, in accordance with consumer protection laws, we will provide compensation for products that are damaged during shipping or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print undergoes multiple inspections before passing quality control and being shipped, ensuring that only pristine reproductions are packaged for your enjoyment.

Please read product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. We do not compensate customers who fail to read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. Note that all prints include borders, which are part of the final size listed.

 

Returns and Refunds:

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! Kindly contact us for further assistance. Please note only faulty or damaged products on arrival can be returned. Update us within 48 hours of receiving the product and a full refund excluding shipping fee will be provided (we will require photo proof).

 

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 10-25 business days for travel time depending on your location. Any cost beyond the beyond the shipment release (including, but not limited to custom, import duty, etc is fully on the customer).

Process timing:

The processing times of each item can be found within the product descriptions. We try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible.  

All originals are processed within 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Import duties, taxes and other costs beyond shipping are not included for originals. 

All limited edition prints are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless specified otherwise (please refer to the product description). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Import duties, taxes and other costs beyond shipping are not included for limited edition prints.

 

Changing Address:

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Contact us through the contact page or info@artscorestudio.com. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. Arts Core is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. 

 

Duties and Taxes:

Artscorestudio is not liable for any expense beyond the shipping point (including but not limited to import fees, value added taxes at the destination country, etc)

Import taxes and customs fees are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries impose these charges while others do not. The customs agency will inform the recipient via mail, phone, or email about any due charges, which must be paid for the shipment to proceed to its destination.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties, value-added tax (VAT), or similar charges. If you choose not to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided the product is in its original condition upon return, we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the shipping costs to your country.

Items are declared at
purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be
falsified at your request.
